Highland 11/20-11/25/17

Dear Parent/Guardian, Student, and Highland Ram Supporter,

Congratulations to Coach Gino Mariani and the Highland football program for defeating Coeur d'Alene 14-8 for the 5A State Football Championship! We are so proud of our players, coaching staff, and our athletic director. Thank you to all of our community and fan support that have had such a large impact in helping with the successful season. We appreciate and congratulate Rocky Mountain and Coeur d'Alene for the sportsmanship and class they demonstrate and  the successful seasons they had. Below is the final updated tournament bracket for the state football tournament.

On Monday 11/20/17 at 10:47am Highland will have an assembly to celebrate the State Championship. Attached is a highlight video, put together by RAMTV Broadcasting students and their advisor Mr. Tori Parkin that will be a part of the assembly.

Also, congratulations to Coach Robin Christensen and the Speech & Debate Program for being ranked 40th out of 3,000 schools nationwide. This recognizes Highland as one of the top 100 schools in the nation. Great job Coach Crhistensen and Speech & Debate students for this amazing accomplishment!

Reminder that starting Wednesday 11/23/17 we will not have school because of Thanksgiving Break. We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and we look forward to being back in school on Monday 11/27/17.

Go Highland Rams!
