Dear Highland Parent, Student, and Ram Supporter,

Congratulations to all our graduates and those that participated in the procession. It was a great experience and we at Highland want to say thank you to the class of 2020. You will be remembered and missed. We love you and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Those interested can purchase photos taken during the graduation procession at https://debbiegreco.smugmug.com/2020graduation (for photos taken in front of the school receiving diploma) and https://debbiegreco.smugmug.com/2020-Graduation-student-parking-lot (for photos taken in the student parking lot).

Graduates, there were some problems identified with the link to submit your scholarship award information and that link has been updated.  If you have not been able to submit your scholarship awards, please do so now.

DIPLOMA PICKUP & FEES:
Graduates can pick up their diplomas from the Highland Registrar on Wednesday 6/3/20-Thursday 6/4/20. NHS Stoles will be handed in at the time a student picks up their diploma.

Graduates who owe student fees or who do not turn in their NHS stoles will not be able to receive their diploma until fees are paid and NHS stoles are turned in. You can come into the school and pay the Bursar between 8am-12pm or  you may also use VENMO @Highland-Activities. This includes fees for textbooks, uniforms, and chromebooks.  Current library fees are being waived at this time. Please log onto Infinite Campus to check your student's balance.

CHROMEBOOKS, TEXTBOOKS, & LIBRARY BOOKS CHECK-IN:
Highland High School will still be collecting chromebooks, textbooks, and library books that have not been turned in next week 6/1-6/5/20 from 8am-3pm each day. The school will not be open on Friday 5/29/20 due to graduation. Highland Administration will be sending out reminders to those who have not handed in chromebooks, textbooks, and library books. If these items are not handed in, they will go on a students fees.

YEARBOOKS:
Yearbook pickup times are set for the week of June 12th in the commons area at Highland High School. You will be contacted as soon as yearbooks arrive and are ready to be handed out.

Mrs. Teri Mitton, Science Department Chair at Highland, and Mrs. Daphne Heath, Teacher at Greenacres, combined forces to develop an educational experience called "Science Buddies" to pair high school students with elementary students and to learn science together. Here are some highlights of this school years experience, put together by Mrs. Mitton and Mrs. Heath. We are so grateful for the experiences created for our students at both schools by these two amazing teachers!
