Graduates-Class of 2023
Below is a link provided that will be continually updated throughout the year with all the important dates graduates need to know for the school year.
As we are closing in on graduation. Reminder that graduation will be held at the Portneuf Wellness Complex Amphitheater on June 1st, 2023 at 2pm. Graduates are required to be 1 hour early. Gates for those watching graduation will open no earlier than 1pm. Tickets are not required as the venue is large enough to meet our needs. There will be first come first serve seating of 2000 seats. After that guests can sit or stand on the grass. Bringing your own chair will not be allowed due to rules set forth at the amphitheater's request. Please be prepared for the weather. Also, please do not plan to hang out, have a family picnic or BBQ celebration at the Wellness Complex after the event. There is still another graduation and parking and use of the area will need to be dedicated to the next event.
Reminder to please review the dress code and guidelines for graduates on the link to board policy included here...Policy 8504 https://go.boarddocs.com/id/pcsd25/Board.nsf/goto?open&id=BTQTJ6778D6C#
Please contact Principal Wallace with any questions or concerns.

Highland Extracurricular's
Please come support our drama department performing at Frazier Hall. A big thank you to Idaho State University for providing a venue, costumes, etc. You have been key in making this event still happen.
Highland Band will have their final concert of the year on Monday, May 22nd at 7pm at Jensen Hall in the Stephen's Performing Art Center. Again, thank you to ISU for making this possible and thank you to all those who have donated instruments to keep the Highland Band from missing a beat.
We are moving into districts for Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Tennis. Please follow the calendar to know when games are and where so you can come cheer on our Highland Rams!
==============================================
Attendance Reminder
Student attendance is still a strong expectation and considered critical for learning. We will continue to track student attendance on both remote/online days and in-person/face-to-face days. We will still issue truancies based on district procedures. We have worked hard to provide face-to-face learning. Please make sure students take advantage of this time they can be in the classrooms with their classmates and with their teachers.
On Tuesday's and Thursday's at Century High School traditional attendance procedures will be followed.
On Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's students will need to log into their google classroom and answer the attendance/participation question for the day. This ensures that teachers know students have at least accessed their google classroom where their assignment(s) for the day are posted.
